I was looking at my character and i was wielding a Saradomin flag, and i saw that it was glitched. I was wonedering if bink could fix this and the new boots added to the game.

First off the flags and banners in the client and I am doing the client now and will attempt this. Also the boots are like that because were in a 317 or because we need new model header i'm pretty positive its because its a 317 based because i've seen other people saying this on rune-server.
