New Posting Area

Ok so I think who ever is in charge of making new area's to post, they should make one called "Server Offline" that way people quit posting about it in the general discussion area and get posting points for the useless rant, but instead they can post about it in the "Server Offline" area, and that should not count towards your posts..

Good idea, would also mean that would only have to write the reason why once.
